When I entered the store it was empty but those who were working were cleaning and wow nice and clean. All the flavors were stocked and when my ice cream was mixed it was done well. Kaden you did great you work ethic is good and it shows I'm sure it was a team effort, it was nice to see the team cleaning instead of just talking like most teens want to do. If you're looking for a great local spot for ice cream this stop is worth your time.

Staff were very polite and welcoming. They were attentive and generally fun people. Whether it's ending a late night gathering, or you're just in the mood for some delicious ice cream and hospitable service: Cold stone Creamery is the way to go!
Placed online order for curbside delivery at 1:46. It was supposed to be ready at 2:06. We went in to get it but it hadn’t even been started. Twenty minutes later, we went in again to ask if it was done; they said “it’s almost done”. We can see the staff inside are serving everyone who goes in but not the people who placed an order long before. We have waited over an hour since placing our order and still have not received it. The definition of bad service.
I used to go to Cold Stone in Santa Maria, Ca before relocating to Layton a few years ago. I went for an ice cream treat tonight with my boyfriend. I have to say I'm actually very disgusted at the dirty, lack of upkeep, crusty dirty plexiglass that you are forcing your customers to look through. Please clean your shop! Please make your employees take pride in their working environment and please show some appreciation to your loyal customers by giving them a clean ice cream shop. It can be so much better.
