Great communication both prior to pick up and prior to delivery. The driver, Wayne, and his crew took great care of my furniture. They were awesome.
By far the easiest move I’ve ever had to make, from my end, because these folks packed and delivered all my items for an in-state move three hours away within 48 hours. Great, great services. I can’t begin to thank them enough!
So far my items have been moved twice and still no delivery. I was told a delivery date and driver. That was changed to another driver and truck. That driver couldn’t find a delivery crew and was told another date. A manager was to call me yesterday but did not.nI was told someone would deliver in my window. I have antiques and hope with all the moving they have not been damaged.
There were many miscommunications between their home office and the movers- for instance we ordered three TV boxes at the initial walkthrough, and the movers only showed up with one. They also took apart our furniture and did not put them in a marked box, so we’ll have to completely unpack to find integral items. The movers were fantastic, but the company policies and procedures leave much to be desired particularly in a long distance move.
Very good service. Took time to explain everything in detail. Were very timely. All my goods showed up in great shape.
