Came on time, meticulous about loading in MN and also on time and conscientious about unloading 4 months later in FL
Moving is so stressful! My driver and movers were on time, polite and had everything going smoothly. They placed my belongings delicately and made sure I was good to go before they left.nVery satisfied!!
They left items in drawers causing them to break and wrapped an artificial tree in plastic wrap also causing the stem to break. They did not take apart a glass entrainment center but thankfully that did not break. We moved with Mayflower in the past and I feel they are a better company to go with. We had no claims with Mayflower but with probably have close to 5-10 claims with this move (still not done unpacking). It does depend on the movers you get in your area and that could have been part of the problem but better leadership may have been helpful.nnAddendum: We have now found other things that were broken like a hole in our shop vac but we have already filed our damages, which was also not a smooth process.nHow would you like me send you the information?
Good service always taking care of your furniture they take care of your floors when they loading. Great people
They handled the warehousing of our home goods for three months while we looked for housing. While the people were very friendly we found some things had been damaged, most likely in the warehouse during unloading from the truck or loading into crates. Among the items were a TV, floor lamp, artwork from an international trip, and an antique bowl belonging to my grandmother. Also a vacuum cleaner came up missing, probably mixed with some other families belongings ( I hope they enjoy). While some of these will be covered in a claim some of the items can never be replaced and that is disappointing to say the least.
