Completely unhelpful!! They were referred by a third party related to my work. They were not able to accommodate my moving time requests and they used a company that was completely unreliable and unprofessional. I will be happy once I get my car and never have to call them again.
The owner Keith was very nice at first. However it turned out that the delivery date of my vehicle, and the route, was communicated to be inaccurately. This resulted in additional expenses due to the the need to pay for a rental car. When my auto finally did arrive, there was damage to my car that was not more then $150. Keith refused to take ownership and stopped returning phone calls. It’s not the money, it’s the principle. It’s an unfortunate way to do business. Shame on you Keith. Do not do business with this company.
