This pharmacy seems understaffed for the amount of work/customers they serve. When you call there will usually be a 10-20 minute wait which is extremely frustrating. It takes an unusually long time for them to fill a Rx. I usually have to wait past the promised time. There are also times when the medication is not even in stock and that causes additional delays. For the most part the pharmacist and technicians are very helpful and friendly, but there are several big exceptions with 1 pharmacist and the younger newer techs. When you are a sick customer and couple the above mentioned negatives along with bad attitude employees, it makes for an overall very unpleasant experience. I really appreciate the positives but the negatives are difficult to deal with when they occur.
Floor management AT ANY WALMART STORE sucks with attitudes. I worked with Walmart about 20 years ago and I would have lost my job if I treated customers the way they do today. I have complained to several store managers at different locations but nothing ever changes. I don't get response from anyone at any particular location. Too bad that Walmart has got to the point where customer service/satisfaction is no longer a top priority. And it's too bad that we continue to shop at Walmart. Maybe we will wake up one day and take our stand that WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS RUDE FRONT FROM THE EMPLOYEES ANY LONGER.
