I always have issues every time i go. This last time was the last straw. I had issues with my insurance and i asked them to call for an override this time . Tech did not relay the info to the pharmicists who transferred my meds per my insurance policy. I called my insurance while i was there who did the override i asked for but by this time Walmart transferred it to the mail order service which wouldnt get me my meds in time of running out. When confronted the pharmacists said she wasnt told that and i told her yea cause your employees dont listen to the customers requests. Then another tech who i wasnt dealing started mouthing off at me saying i never said anything and i told her you were not here. I know they have cameras and hopefully audio because that tech who mouthed off at a customer would be proven wrong. Im done with the pharmacy and recommend CVS or walgreens who actually remembers their customers and has way better service. i already switched!

JENNIFER WAS AMAZING SHE HELPED ME SAVE 300 PLUS DOLLARS JUST BY GIVING ME SOME INFO ON THE PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE THAT I AM TAKING. IT WAS GOING TO COST ME 309.80 FOR JUST A WEEKS SUPPLY OF THE RX I AM TAKING AND SHE WAS ABLE TO GET ME A 2 MOTHS SUPPLY FOR ONLY 30 DOLLARS JUST BY GIVING ME SOME SIMPLE INFO THAT NON OF THE OTHER GUYS WORKING THEIR WOULD HAVE EVER GAVE ME. I AM VERY GRATEFUL OF HAVING HER BE THE ONE TO HELP ME YESTERDAY. SHES AMAZING AT HER JOB AND A EXTREMELY WONDERFUL PERSON!!!! THANKS AGAIN JENNIFER

All of the pharmacists are very professional they have been taking care of me for a long time I wouldn't go anywhere else thank y'all 4 being my Pharmacy

I love this pharmacy, they always have my things ready and I love that they accept good rx!!

Nice pharmacists. Some of the techs could use as little more training, but they do try hard.nVery busy between 4 and 7p.m., so plan accordingly.nOverall, better than the Garland supercenter.
