On a recent visit to the Hill AFB commissary, we were greeted by Shannon, who at the the time was doing product ordering. We asked her about a product we haven't been able to get for quite some time and she said she'd check on it; for us to keep shopping and she'd get back w/us.....and she did! Shannon was very helpful and extremely courteous. We look forward to saying hello, the next time we see her.

Pretty nice commissary, all things considered. Most people tend to use the self check out, even though they have open cashiers most of the time. Perhaps they should install more self check out lanes? Also, I think people are hesitant to buy a few items and feel like they need to tip the baggers. The deli is pretty small, and so is the bakery. This leaves something to be desired that you could find at Smith’s. If I need a birthday cake, flowers, or nice meat cuts, I have to go to smiths. Overall, it’s hard to beat the prices when you can find the exact same items for less at the commissary than you would at Smith’s and sometimes significantly less. The staff is always friendly and nice.

Nice grocery store. Friendly staff and good disinfecting to keep away germs. One thing that makes me a bit mad is that I am a minor and I went there with my mother, the lady asked if I had an ID, which I left at home. We told her I was here with my mother and wouldn't be buying anything. The lady was unreasonable and wouldn't let me inside the building, so I had to wait in the car for an hour while my mom shopped. This place is overall nice but make sure you got your ID.

I love shopping here... however the service at the deli could use a second person to assist... stood waiting for 10 minutes while the lone deli person walked around looked at paperwork and never asked if I wanted anything - second time for me

As a retired USAF member I have been shopping at the commissary for many years. Staff is outstanding and friendly items are at priced lower then most stores and when we do all our shopping for the month save over 25% then going to markets off base. Kudos to our military commissary services.
