I’ve stored with this company for years! All of the locations that I’ve used are great but I will definitely say Ms. Lisa, the manager of this particular property is absolutely WONDERFUL! I really appreciate the help I got at Extra Space Storage. It was handle very professional from the first phone call to customer service. I got my phone call back from the facility Manager Lisa. Who was a great help too me. She help me with everything I need to get done I love the staff that Extra Space Storage has. I love the one in Mesquite Tx . This location is kept clean and priced good. The staff is always willing to go the extra mile to help you. Lisa has been so helpful with helping me switch storages and answer all my questions. She has been so nice and has a great since of humor. I live in Mesquite and will drive the extra miles to store at this location simply because of the way it is ran.
Lisa was very nice, helpful and professional. The property is very clean. We feel very confident that are belongings will be safe at this facility. Overall we’ve had a great experience. I would highly recommend.
