Great storage facility. It is clean, well-kept and we never had a problem with the temperature. They maintained security... gates and codes always working. The staff is great as well. They are friendly and helpful and work with you on moving out.
Jeff is amazing! He is extremely patient and helpful. We originally rented a non climate control unit and then decided to change two months later to a climate control. He made the transfer seamless and was wonderful over the phone. Moving all of our things to storage is stressful enough, but Jeff has been so pleasant, it has helped!
I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. Jeff was excellent and showed a great deal of professionalism. He made the whole process as smooth as possible for me. All of my questions were answered promptly and he was very patient during the entire process. A first class company that employs first class people. I would highly recommend anyone interested in renting to stop by extra space storage in rowlett and visit Jeff before you decide where to rent.

The people who work in the office are very caring and helpful. I was moving back home to Texas and Jeff helped me a lot getting my storage unit all squared away before I even left for Texas. He also helped make my move out day go so smooth.
