I love Kohl's, specially customer service. But today I went to the store to return an item I got from their website and the receipt didn't have a bar code or order number. It took forever for the lady to be able to find the order and complete the return. It never happened before. It's not a big deal, but it would have helped if I had kept the purchase confirmation email ud83dude44

This Kohl's is always clean with plenty of friendly employees to help you out, or send you in the right direction. Generally speaking, I find their regular prices a bit high, but their clearance sections can't be beat. I can also usually find a coupon on my phone before I get to the checkout & even ask if there are any before I pay. They never look at me sideways because I'm frugal. Love shopping here (except at Christmas, when I opt for order pickup). Great deals to be had for the smart shopper.

Used the Amazon return option at this store. It was awesome, so easy. Showed them my QR code on my phone and they box it print label and you are done. Took about 1 minute. Good idea it gets people in their store who may buy something they otherwise wouldn't.

I like the friendliness of the staff as well as the convenience of the location and the merchandise. They seem to always have exactly what I’m looking for and I like that I am able to return my Amazon packages before I shop. During Christmas and the pandemic I expected there to be more chaos when checking out but the lines seemed to be very organized and sanitary as well. I will definitely come back! Thanks Kohls!

The store on the inside was well lit and had several employees in the store. I went there to do on Amazon return. When I got to the Amazon desk there was no one there and there is a person ahead. But went to customer service and they called the attendant over and she politely and quickly helped the person firm of me then helped me. It was an easy process to return. The store did only have one entrance now for entering the store open..
