I was a customer for at least 3-4 years, but up until recently I stopped having good experiences here. For about 2 weeks I tried to stop in and get a pedicure during “work hours” but no one was ever there. There was one day I tried going in, but the lady inside did not even open the door. I ignored that bad experience and called the following week to make an appointment. The lady who answered told me she would call me back if anyone was available to do my pedicure. I waited 20 mins for a call and she told me to go in. I get there within like 5 mins since I only live down the street, and she had the audacity to tell me that she cannot do my pedicure because she has an appointment in 30 mins. She tells me to come in the following day, so I obviously leave upset. 30 mins later she sends me a text message to see if I want to get my pedicure done, which I’m guessing is because she lost her other nail appointment. Where is the professionalism in this business? I would recommend this place all the time to my friends and family, but unfortunately I will have to find a new nail salon now.
