My husband and I wanted a 'retirement' job that we could do together to put us in a better position financially after retirement. We were both working long hours in our other jobs and didn't get to see each other much. So after doing some research ( we both already had class B licensing) we decided to get our class A's and team driver, we could see the country and spend time together and get paid to do it. After talking to a truck driver that I happened to meet at a Sonic near my home, he told me he was with Stevens and had been for 7yrs..he was happy with them and recommended strongly we go that direction. Stevens provided us with everything we needed to get started..ie..a place to stay, transportation and advances in pay until while in school...they are very safety oriented, which I like, so school involves a little more time than some of the other schools.. fast forward to now..we are now lease drivers and received runner ups for team drivers of the year after our 1st year ud83dude00. I couldn't be happier with this company.

My experience was great at Stevens Transport the feeling of comfort was embracing after the tear down and rebuild. U would think it’s a joke at first the repeated methods of teaching and tearing u right back down but it’s all a method of grasping to different situations of life my thumbs goes to the whole staff at Stevens Transport those guys have dedicated actions behind their teaching respect for the ones that want to learn. All in all if u want to learn and stay dedicated doing it I recommend this whole driving training at Stevens Transport to all that wants to become a CDL driver!

This is best place to learn how to driver a truck. Why I give it 5 stars. Good with sole driver and job teacher new drivers. But not with team drivers. But been with Stevens for 1 year. I like them. Just my family need me more, is my why I left

There’s a reason why 99% of students quit in the first 3-5 months. They take huge advantage of them. Pay is terrible. Scare tactics used. Make you feel like an indentured servant. Threaten you with court and collections when you leave. Charge you for literally everything and don’t stay honest with how much you payed your school off when you do leave. Lucky to make $500 a week here. Run away

I love this company! They helped me get my CDLs and are very supportive. I'm now on my 6 week On the road training. They paired me with a cool trainer that fits me. I'm excited about my journey.
