I gave it 1 star due to the fact it doesn’t allow -10 !!! Poor customer service from Steven in the pharmacy!! The Doctor I was recommended to is in Addison and because I recently moved to Dallas, my address showed the old one from Cedar Hill and he refused to fill my prescription. Questioning why I didn't go to a Doctor in Dallas or Mesquite?!!! first of all, I can go to any Doctor I am recommended to by my primary, my insurance covers any Doctor. Tell me why he didn’t even bother with providing an ounce of customer service!! Just made it seem like it was something odd about my prescription!! I will be contacting their market team for the pharmacy!! This is unacceptable!
The fast accurate timing it takes to get your prescriptions ready and they have they cheapest prices for meds...
They do not answer the phone. I had to call 3 times today at 10 am before they would answer. Then when they finally did, I was placed on hold twice for a total of 12 minutes! When they FINALLY answered the phone, I tried asking questions and could barely get a word in without her trying to speak over me. I'm so glad I am not a patient of theirs! I was TRYING to look into becoming one, but after this experience, that's not happening. I need a pharmacy that CARES!
Pharmacy ) Poor service and attitude , I don't think Walmart cares about anyones review , because if they did they would have try to fix there problems on this location.service is the worse ....just do your self a favor and go somewhere else .. not Worth the time to deal with this...
Update: New staff now and I don’t have to go back in forth anymore.
