Had a corvette towed. Richard was great, on time, quick, friendly, knowledgeable. My only gripe would be the price. Same car had been towed 24 miles in 2020 for $150. Pantusa towed it 14 miles and charged $270. So ~ 3x the price per mile.
I have worked with Kody, account manager, at Pantusa several times. It is always a great experience. His customer service is seamless. Doing business with Pantusa is just so easy. They quickly respond, are reasonably priced, and they get the job done without delay! I would highly recommend Pantusa to anyone for their towing needs.
This has been the best experience I have ever had with a towing company. Mike showed up and called me, let me know when he had my truck, called me and gave me an eta, and then called me and let me know he dropped my truck off! I will always use this company!!!!!!! Extremely impressed! They have low rates as well!!!!
