U-Pack was fantastic. Scheduling my move from Kansas City to San Antonio was very simple and straight forward. They were also very accommodating when I needed to make changes to my plans. The pods came exactly as expected and was delivered to the destination city as expected. I’d coordinate with your apartment complex beforehand just to make sure the area the pod is being parked is acceptable. Pricing was good as well considering that it was around the same price as renting a moving truck and driving the truck myself.nnOne thing I wish that was better was the timing of the pods. They gave me an arrival window of 4-6 hours, so it was a bit challenging to plan my day with that big of a window. Overall, the workers were all professional and flexible, plus they took the time to fully explain the process. I’d highly recommend, especially for anybody making out-of-state moves!

Moved from Cary to San Antonio. Have opted this as I am moving some fragile stuff. Everything is intact and there is not even a small scratch. Ofcourse you need to load and stack it properly with all the bungee cords, but it has to travel 1400 miles and they did bring us all the stuff back as it is.nThanks a ton!!

U-Pack helped me with a cross country move for under $1,400. I used a cube to load my possessions and it was well worth the cost, and not having to drive a truck around made my move easier. They give you 3 days to load and another 3 days to unload the cube. They picked up and dropped off the relocube on schedule. I highly recommend U-Pack for moving locally or out of state. Very efficient, professional, and cost-effective moving service.

Paid extra fee to have it delivered on time and it arrived 5 days late! They dont return your money back like they say when it isnt delivered on time they just blame it on weather conditions. Save your money and go elsewhere!

They were fantastic. Best price I had been able to find. Customer service was great; they had patience with all my questions. There was no pressure to sign or put a deposit like some others. It was easy. All my stuff got here; no issues and nothing was broken or missing. they have referrals for moving staffing and car loading. I really am very very happy I chose these ones.
