Hi I was glad to meet with Matthew at the Life Storage. He was by very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Good customer service is so hard to find and it was rewarding to know that it still exist by meeting with Matthew so thanks Life storage for having employees like him. When moving overseas regardless of how long , during this time it can be very stressful. I was also so glad of the military discount it helps so much when you have other expenses. Very straight forward. We own a business, and needed a place to rent to keep our supplies. We have been with them for a year and a half. Very clean place, and the renters around us don't leave trash everywhere. I only rented from 2 other places, but I would recommend 10/10! Do your self a favor and go ask them to rent you a spot.
I had a great experience every time I go in and make a payment with mathew. He always gos out of his way to help me with something heavy to store. He is a great asset to your company. Keep up the great work.
