tldr : Great customer service, great driver, none of my stuff was broken. Totally recommended if you are looking for a pod service. The pod could use a bit TLC though.nFull review: First and foremost, give my girl ANGIE a raise. She is the voice you hear when you call in ( San Antonio), she has a sweet voice and an even sweeter attitude. Due to the unpredictable nature of my closing date, I was calling Go Mini's on a daily basis to move my Pod arrival date. I called the day before to move the date, and Angie never gave me any trouble, she assured me my Pod would arrive any date I want it to. Angie represents the company Go Mini's very well.nMy other hero is Michael, the driver of my pod. He was communicative, called me in advance before his arrival. My furniture and my stuff inside the pod were safe, that speaks for his driving, loading/unloading skill.nMoving to a new place was tough, but Angie and Michael from Go Mini's were a constant comfort in the midst of my chaotic situation.nThe pod itself is a bit rusty though, so I would love to see the company spends some money on upgrading and maintaining their equipment.

I own RiverCity Rebuild, and we do a lot of insurance restoration construction for residential homes. a good portion of the time, we need to unpack the houses and put the home owners furniture in an onsite storage container. I can always rely on Go Mini! Fast service, nice people to work with and great/competitive pricing!
