I’ve been asked to review my experience only one day after signing up. Here is my ranking system:nnPrice: 1 star max.nPrice stability: 1 star max.nEase of access: 1 star max.nCustomer service: 1 star max.nCleanliness: 1 star max.nnIn the 18 hours that I’ve been a customer, I’ve only been able to rank price, cleanliness, and ease of access - that’s 3 stars.nnI’ll report back in a year if the price stability and subsequently the customer service are deserving.nnI will add that the manager was very upfront and honest about pricing tactics by the parent company, something two other companies weren’t honest about. All storage companies hide snakes in the grass with pricing strategies, so telling customers where the snakes are goes a LONG way in building trust.

I am impressed with how clean everything looks here. It all looks very well maintained. The rental process was very easy. James walked us through and helped us inspect the storage unit before finishing the paperwork. Access seems secure, and the place seems well-lighted in the evenings.

I signed up for a unit online. arrived a few hours later and the unit was tagged and lock inside as promised. super easy. very clean and very secure

Our experience thus far with Extra Space has been very positive. The place is very clean and spacious. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful which is key. Our last contact was with Lynn who tended to our needs in a quick, courteous, and professional manner! She returned necessary calls as promised within minutes, was detailed, and kept us informed the entire time. She did a fantastic job working with us and it really helped to make our move into the unit stress free! Thank you Lynn!
