I have had multiple issues at this pharmacy. They were issues that would have easily been fixed if the employees cared about helping the customers. It doesn't matter if you are in person or call on the phone, the customer service is lacking. I understand when you are dealing with different doctors and insurance that you won't have the answer ever time, but I do expect you to be able to tell me what you need in order to fix it. It's a shame because I have had great customer service at other Walmart pharmacies, but I got tired and switched to Walgreens. It's the best decision I have ever made!

Disappointingly disorganized. After four script fills and repeated edit requests they still had issues dispensing my medications, resulting in repeat half hour waits back to back. 2 years and they still had my name misspelled. Thankfully my meds weren't life or death but the staff as a whole have a bad attitude and are apathetic to improving the customer experience. Suggest you try somewhere else if able.

Horrible. Never notified my meds we’re ready and was given a a hard time when I called to check on it.
