Received notification my package was delivered March 25th, but I was home all day and it was never delivered. I had to start a claim for a missing package, which may take 5-7 business days. A lot of good that will do as the package contained perishable items! Hence why I paid extra for 2 day delivery.

Packages are always delayed or delivered to the wrong house. After checking the tracking for something important that was supposed to be delivered yesterday it says “your package has been rescheduled as you requested” I did not request for anything to be rescheduled.nnLiterally would suggest using any service other than this one, they don’t care.

when our regular driver delivers, we have good service. when other drivers deliver, there are problems. twice they have broken our solar driveway light pulling in or out. also, we have given specific instructions, numerous times, as to where to leave packages. we put a special container outside of our gate just for packages. apparently these instructions are not read by the other drivers. a few days ago, a driver dropped a small box about halfway between our gate and the street! that's unacceptable.

My child's shoes for school(that has started), are still sitting there since August 6th! It's September 10th!! They have been to my house SEVERAL TIMES since that date! I also ordered my other child a pair of tennis shoes at the same company, time & receipt. I've received those from FedEx already. When I call they can never help. It has been one thing after another with this place. They can never seem to find my house. Then all of a sudden will find it for my mother in law who has the same last name! Wish I could give no star. Also if I would've known the company shipped through FedEx, I simply wouldn't order there.

FedEx has been to my house twice with delivery that has to be signed for by a 21 year old person (obviously alcohol). The driver did not even knock - only left a notice on the door that delivery was attempted. We have made a big effort to be home and it has been obvious that people were home (cars there, window open, etc). We have one more chance to catch the driver to receive our package. I think it is fishy. AND you cannot give FedEx any feedback - all customer service is computerized.
