I wanted to take a few minutes to let everyone know just how wonderful the manager April is. She is polite, she is professional and smiles all time.. I will definitely be back!!!
Customer service was excellent. I also noticed how well the storages were clean and fully operational. Plus it had the best prices in town.
I rented a storage a couple months ago and I just had to take some time to write a review for the lady that works in the office at the Lufkin store. She is always smiling, she goes out of her way to make sure she provides excellent customer service. I will refer as many people as I can as long as she is there.
Ashley in the Lufkin store is AMAZING! She is always very nice and friendly when I come in to pay my bill and answers any questions I have.
I really enjoyed the manager April she was really professional and helpful..
