Macy's

This would have definitely been a 5 star rating if I were able to make my purchase. I wanted to make a furniture purchase in which the sales associate had AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This guy was absolutely great!!!! He was very insightful, attentive to all of my questions, and had a great sense of humor! But Macy’s does not deliver to my zip code, which their delivery point stops 2.1 miles away from my home. In this climate, I honestly feel that no business should be denied. Especially for big ticket items such as furniture!

Keith was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was excited about planning my wedding, but I suppose I will go elsewhere when picking suits for all of the groomsmen and fathers of the bride and groom in our bridal party. The fly on the wall would have shown more respect and been more helpful when picking out suits. I don't know what kind of melodrama he's experiencing in his personal life, but he needs to leave that behind when it comes to work.

Very short on selection

Ever since my location closed, I've missed shopping at Macy's. You can find great deals, and the styles of clothing that are popular today. Great selection.

Good clothing options. Best deal is present in Backstage. Do check that part and definately you will get something good.
