had a extraordinary experience with Darren in the men's clothing section. they didn't have any of my sizes for men's pants. he went absolutely above and beyond to help me look for pants. he was very knowledgeable and informed me on the names of certain areas of a pair of pants. He was telling me about the belk app, price matching and discounts. due to covid protocol, they didn't have any changing rooms available. but he found me a place to try on pants❗I ended up ordering a pair of pants from him and can't wait for them to arrive. I really hope they fit. I will definitely be shopping there again in the future.

Very easy shopping experience, lots of new Spring and Summer wear and good deals on winter apparel. Staff friendly and helpful!

The employee's could do better with customer service. I ended up walking out and just ordered my items online while sitting in the car with my mother.
