I had a deep tissue massage and it was great! The massage therapist addressed all my areas of tension! It was so good that I will be back!

Very thorough massage, friendly staff. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future massages. And I want to try the salt room next time I go.
Took my young daughter who has respiratory issues to trial the salt room as why not?! A natural solution to ease symptoms definitely worth a trial! At first it was a little awkward and wasn’t a warm fuzzy feeling upon entrance and being greeted may need to work on that and perhaps the ambiance upon entering. We were provided shoes to wear in the salt room they didn’t have any smaller ones which was no big deal we made it work. The salt room was nice and had sand toys for children to play in the salt which my daughter loved along with some reclining lawn chairs. We spent the full 45 minutes in the room. Later that night my daughter informed me she could breathe again and that she was very tired and wanted to go to bed (both of which are not characteristic for her!) the results for her lasted about 4 days before her chronic symptoms returned but would highly recommend as it was worth it! Very relaxing and 4 days of relief with no medicine is a win in my eyes!
