Nordstrom Rack

NEVER, EVER, buy anything from them online. If you have to return it, by their own admission, it could take over a month to get your money back. I sent a watch I ordered from them back three weeks ago and they still haven't received it. I asked if there was a problem with the shipping and the customer service rep said no, it usually takes that long. Then she told me it will take a week of processing after they receive it to refund my money and then, it could take 3-5 business days for the money to get back into my account. I'll never give Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack another dime of my money. Completely worthless company. If I could give them zero stars I would.

This location is not in sync with its website. I ordered a pair of boots from this location that said there were in stock to find out they were not in stock. I then was put on hold with customer service for over 2 hours still to no avail. I spoke with the Green Hills location and was told I was a great customer, but was told to “calm down” as I was on the phone with Jessica (I think was her name, she never gave it to me) at this location trying to explain the situation. My recommendation to other customers is to head over to DSW instead. Much better customer service, website is in sync with the location, and overall a better experience. If I could give a half a star I would. Chris from this location was the best representative I spoke with and I appreciated his service.

Sadly, Nordstorm Rack is going sideways and downhill for the most. Used to love grabbing a bargain however you would be better going to Poshmark or TJ Maxx. Overpriced, unorganized and simply less and less bargains. More misses than hits. The staff are lovely. I’m losing interest and everyone I know in the area keeps giving me the same feedback, merchandise overpriced, poor selection and don’t even go near the underwear or makeup sections. Give it a miss, not worth the time to waste, go online to find better deals.

Always a HOT MESS. Staff is everywhere but the store is always messy and many items are damaged. Over priced TJ Maxx. Staff is rude, lazy, and and spend more time chattting than helping customers or cleaning up the floor/shelves. Every time I go I am disappointed. Won’t be back again.

Great service by having separate register for returns and making people with returns stay in regular line. Brilliant idea. Cashiers are extremely quick, can stay in line for 20+ minutes.
