What I was told by the sales man is not what I got delivered. I understand he was busy helping multiple customers and when I asked him the bed set on the showroom floor was exactly what I was ordering he said yes. Well not the case as I was suppose to get 2 bookshelf headboards and only received one. Again I asked him about it after reviewing the order at the store and he said yes that’s for the set. His words “what you see here is included.” I got one bookshelf headboard delivered. Also I did not receive my trundle bed as it was considered damaged by the delivery team so now have to wait 2 weeks for that to be delivered. The delivery team was super nice and explained everything to me. The lady at customer service was very empathetic and helpful and submitting my issue to the store manager. So now have to wait for them to contact me to resolve the missing headboard. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for after waiting 6 weeks for this to be delivered only to disappoint my child.

First time furniture shopping at Rooms to Go. I was skeptical going in. I thought the quality wouldn't be that great and expected pushy salespeople that wouldn't leave you alone. But the experience I had was not that at all. My wife and I wanted a sleeper sofa and hoped to get it delivered in a few weeks. No problem there. There were many options and the quality seems pretty good. Especially considering that the prices are very reasonable. The sales team was hustling! Our salesperson, Anthony, was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable but also stepped away several times when we needed space to decide what we wanted. All the salespeople seemed to be helping multiple customers at the same time in that way. As they passed by they always asked if we needed anything. Once we decided on a sofa, I expected to get a lot of pressure to buy costly protection plans, fabric protection whatever, and other upsells. The only add on was a very reasonable 3-year all-inclusive replacement/repair plan for $90, which seemed like a good deal.nnI don't write many reviews but the reason I'm writing all this is because those people working at Rooms to Go were working really hard in a job that certainly isn't a cake walk and they all seemed to be very professional and generally decent folks. It's tough out there in service jobs right now. I really appreciate their efforts.It was a big help to us that we got this done with so little effort and expense. I hope the company appreciates them too and takes care of them.

My son took me shopping around to different furniture store looking at different bedroom furniture and then he took me to rooms to go.nI was very pleased with the kindness showed to me and my son.nVery informative and courteous was a 10!!!nRay Chan was the gentleman who took care of us and he was an amazing salesman!nI found what I liked and showed us the best deal for the money !nVery polite !nI would come back again! Great service!nHe gave a date for my bedroom set to be delivered!nSo excited! Thank you !!!

Came into Rooms To Go after having a not so pleasant experience at a previous furniture store and was greeted warmly by a gentleman name Allen. He wasn't pushy and simply told me to reach out to him if I needed assistance. When I found the table I wanted he came right over and assisted me. He was quick and thorough. He made me glad I stopped by today. Any other items I purchase from this store I will be sure to reach out to him. The other staff members in the store were friendly as well I must say. Nice overall experience in the store today.

Last night we spent over an hour with Tripp at RTG. He was very patient with us as we went back and forth on what we liked. We left with a written quote to think about what we wanted to do. Today we decided that the couch we were looking at was too dark for our room. So we went back and again spent time with Tripp. We did end up buying a complete living room set! Tripp was a pleasure to work with. He never pressured us into buying which was awesome! Now we are excited to get our new furniture!!
