Jon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He spoke with me first to find out my individual needs and then showed me what mattresses fit. He even broke it down and explained how some of the mattresses were built, and it really helped me choose my perfect fit as I don’t like to feel springs on the side of my bed...I’m very picky. I’m extremely happy about my purchase and can’t wait to try my mattress out!nBtw I was able to snag free delivery, (not sure if it was a promotional thing or not) but visit Jon when you are looking to purchase an affordable quality mattress!!!
If your looking for great service and high quality mattresses then mattresses by appointment in Rock hill sc is the place to come. This is my second time coming to this establishment and left happy and satisfied both times!
Great Customer service. Went thru a bunch of Mattress option before I found the right one.nFree shipping was also a plus.
So I meet Mr.Jon yesterday (8/8/2020), one of the nice guys ever. He helped me pick out a much needed mattress and the prices are unbelievable, he really works with your budget. He was respectful, kind and understanding. I even got free delivery ( not sure if it was a promotional deal at the time) which helped as well. I highly recommend his warehouse. I had a great experience here. The owner helped me find the right mattress and box springs and was very patient while I tried them out. I thought the prices were very reasonable for the items I purchased and had a great warranty also.The owner was very pleasant and I could tell he wasn’t just out to make a sell! I had to go with the 90 days same as cash but even if I can’t pay it off in that time my payments are very low.I would highly recommend this business!
