This rating could have been a five but this rating is truly based off the saleswoman we dealt with, Ashley C. We were 3 seconds away from walking out the store because we passed 5 other people who didn't speak or offer any assistance, until Ashely saved the experience. She was thorough, funny, insightful, and provided a great vibe which made the experience better. She levelset our expectations for delivery and Value City on South Blvd in Charlotte should be happy have her. I advise anyone who is looking for some new furniture to seek her out when you go. You will not be disappointed.
So far, so good. We did have to wait 3 months for our kitchen table, but the living room furniture was delivered pretty promptly. We have purchased quite a bit of furniture over the years from Value City, and I must say that I am quite impressed. Everything we have ordered from them has been of good quality at a reasonable price, and delivery was good. A few minor hiccups, but no big deal.
The delivery guys very professional and respectable. Great experience over all. I give Jake and his partner a great review. They were extremely exceptional in delivery of my sectional. Thank you!
Delivery was fast, professional and accurate! Drivers were friendly, in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very professional and they moved everything in without one scratch. I would definitely recommend. I love my new recliner!! Its exactly what I had pictured for my room.
