We bought Basset Bench*Made live edge Dining table set for about 6k. It was beautiful when we saw in store and bought same color and model, what we got delivered is a disappointment, has full of worm holes especially in the center of table top, chairs have holes, you can see light pass through them, the live edge looks shoddy. I wish I saw the complaints on consumer affairs and BBB before buying, now awaiting a resolution, store rep came home and checked giving hopes only to call back and say it meets their quality checks by 100 % and offered small discount which we denied. I received my table from Bassett last month. The wood on my table started chipping. I called them and informed them I wiped down my table with windex and it started to chip. The lady informed me they will have someone call me to set up an appointment to fix the table after I have sent her the pictures of the chipped wood on the table. No one never called me so I have called back and the lady stated to me that somone called me to set up the appointment but I informed her no one ever did. The lady told me that someone will be calling you to set up an appointment. The person that contacted me today informed me that she can send me to an outside source which was never stated before and informed me I was supposed to wipe down the table with warm water when I was never informed that. I will be taking them to court I would not buy any furniture from this store ever again completely garbage.

We’ve had had our sofa/chaise with custom fabric and every upgrade for 3 years. This is literally the worst quality furniture we have ever owned. The cushions started sagging after 5 months and needed to be replaced so you can imagine what the sofa looks like 3 years later. We are kicking ourselves for ever buying furniture from Bassett...never again.

I worked with a designer to purchase a sectional sofa. That Designer put the wrong number on the order and I can’t reach her after the order. She doesn’t answer her phone or call back when you leave voice mail. You can’t get a order status online since order is placed on the store. When you call the store front desk, they will give you delivery company phone number to call yourself and schedule it. When you call delivery company, it always goes to voice mail and no call back. Truly miserable customer service.

I purchased a table and a buffet server about 4 years ago. Very nice looking, just what I wanted. But less than a year later the table started peeling! Its my everyday table and need to find someone to refinished. Disappointed. Will not shop there again.
