My daughter was with me and we stopped midway of the store to look at chairs. We were greeted by a young lady to let us know who would be helping us when he was finished with another customer. In the meantime Jason came by and offered to help. I told him what I was looking for and he offered a different color option. After I decided he helped finish the purchase explaining everything. Great customer service.

This is where we go for all of our furniture needs. Kenneth was super helpful, and Jason also. Can't wait to get my 2 new recliners, and my dining room set. Just FYI my grandson Dakota loved his little rocker chair that looks like a recliner,nThanks for everything.

My wife and I have been doing business with Badcock since 1998. We have totally refurbished our house twice in that time and we are still using them for our furniture needs. The staff and management of the York, SC store are fantastic people, always friendly and helpful in any way they can be. Love this store and all they do for us.

Purchased 2 lazy boy recliners Oct 2019 and had a great experience with purchase. The beginning of July 2020 one of the recliners broke and I notified the store since I was within the 1 year store waranty timeframe. It took 6 weeks to get the part in we needed (supposedly). In the meantime I have a chair we cannot use. I advised Jason (manager) that I was disappointed in a couple of things about these chairs. The first being the fabric was breaking down and becoming fuzzy. His response was that he would look into if anything could be done about it. Second was the fact that the chair broke and it's a lazy boy. He advised that they were waiting on the part to be delivered and the person who fixes the chair only comes in 1 day every so often. On Monday August 24th my husband and I are woke at 11am by someone ringing the doorbell and knocking. We both work mid shift and had gotten home at 6:30 am. They have come to pick up my chair for repair. Yes they called THAT MORNING but we silence our phones so we can sleep. Fast forward to today Sept. 1, 2020. After being told a couple of months ago the person who does repairs is only there 1 day I am still without my recliner. There has been no attempt to call to make arrangement to return it. I called Jason again and guess what.....it will be returned today. How long were they going to keep it? Nothing has been mentioned about the fabric breaking down after being told they would look into it. No apology has been given for the 2 months of inconvenience. When I called today Jason was dry and seemed uninterested that I was upset. Where is the customer service of a national chain? I feel we have been given the run around. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is the positive experience at time of purchase. It seems that is the only time interest is given. Dear Badcock corporate, do not give me the bland apology you post on everyones complaint. Action speaks louder than words. I have a $5000 limit with $4000 available for purchase. We were about to purchase dining and bedroom furniture but have decided to go elsewhere due to this experience.

I have been getting the run around from the warranty people when my sectional has cracking in the leather ! After less than a year ! They claim they will call you back and do not them when you send an email they return the email with attachments you can’t open! Then had to call them for the 5th time to be on hold for over an hour to be told send additional pictures ! And someone will support call me back ! Will see if they fix this or not they should it’s horrible quality !
