Can’t say enough amazing things about this FAMILY owned and run ADORABLE furniture store!! We’ve purchased several pieces over the last 7 months from Urban and have loved every one. The customer service is top notch... literally feel like old friends. The pieces are unique and well priced. The delivery is white glove style without the white glove price. Everyone at this store cares about the people and products and it shows. During a time (covid) when manufacturing is running behind, Michelle and Tom are quick to keep you up to speed on the status of your order and fight on your behalf to get your pieces as quickly as possible. I send everyone I know to Urban for everything from large purchases to cute accessories! And thank you for not harassing those of us who prefer not to wear a mask while we shop!

This is the second large order I’ve placed with Urban. I’ve been a long time customer since they were District 704. Back then, I purchased a living room set (sofa, loveseat, and chair). They arrived promptly and their customer service was top notch! For our new house, I purchased two sofas, a kitchen table, and kitchen chairs. Oh yea, I also bought a coffee table for our last house! This time around Covid has effected the delivery dates, but they are still being as easy to work with as possible. My second couch has not come in yet, but I know that’s not their fault. They are still very kind and helpful even though I know they’re probably tired of me calling for an update, ha! I will continue to be a repeat customer at urban and would highly recommend them to anyone! I have also brought friends in to check them out. I love their stuff, so many pieces are unique and at much better prices than other more “boutique furniture stores.” You won’t be disappointed!
