To make a long story short, I went through 2 Furniture companies to try to order a bedroom set. Both companies did not provide a good experience. I have passed by Tyndall Furniture Store several times driving. I have never been in their store. I read their reviews online and picked out a few that I liked.nI called and spoke with Ivy. I provide her with several of the bedroom sets that I was interested in. From my initial contact with her she was always very helpful. I had to wait about a month and a half for my set. It was worth the wait. I love my bedroom set. It looks better in person than online. Drew and Gordon both were on time delivering my set. They were professional and quick. Tyndall you now have me as a customer. Thank you for meeting my expectations!!
Tyndall has been our go to source for furniture, the staff is wonderful and the selection is awesome. Much better quality than the big box furniture stores. We’ve always enjoyed a great selection, quality and fair prices. Even the associates that make the deliveries are awesome, they are very careful with your purchases and have always gone above and beyond!
Tyndall has the most beautiful and high quality selection of furniture in Charlotte. We absolutely enjoyed our experience working with Chuck and John in sales, John and Ricky in deliveries, and the office folks as well. Their delivery people are careful and cordial. We are in love with all the furniture we purchased. They have earned a long term customer with us!
Was roaming the store when Shelia approached me asking if she could help. Showed me 4 different models insisting that I lay down on all to get a feel for the features & benefits of each. After narrowing my selection down she gave me all the time I wanted to go from one to the other, back & forth, back & forth, then back & forth until I felt confident on which mattress I wanted.nDelivery was timely and delivery personnel were polite & efficient explaining a couple options available to me.nI will be going back to look at some other furniture for the house.
I have been a customer at Tyndall for years and they never fail me. They always give the best service and offer the most beautiful furniture selections with outstanding prices. The sales team is wondering. My most recent visit, Shelia was my Sales adviser and she is wonderful. Shelia is so knowledgeable, courteous and gives you exactly what you are looking for.
