If I could give this business a NEGATIVE ZERO that wouldn’t be enough! My loved one pre purchased plots at this location years ago believing he had a deal and on the back end rip off is what the family are experiencing. We buried him on January 6 2021 and wasn’t offered the temporary marker after asking to pay cash for a permanent marker and the sales person insisted on selling us a permanent marker without showing a price list. The employee stated a price list wasn’t available which clearly was a red flag. After speaking to other families and employees found out there is a such thing as temporary marker which we purchased on February 13th 2021 along with the permanent one stating the temporary will be in 3-4 days permanent 8-10 weeks. Now it’s March 6, 2021 and we still have no temporary marker? This business is not customer service friendly a lot of false salesmen and women to make a buck of grieving families. The manager will not call back after insisting on speaking to them. After spending thousands of dollars to end up with nothing and no resolutions. Bad business and it’s a shame customers will have to experience this and not speak up.

My father's grave is often unkept. And the marker is often times crooked and moved. I recently visited and found his marker practically buried in grass. This is often. They cut the grass ...and anything else in sight, flowers, paper, etc. They do not use the weed eater around each grave. Its not just my fathers grave that is unkept, there are countless many. I've complained about it twice...still it looks the same.nSo I asked myself can I do anything about my father's grave...No! Other than clean off my fathers marker and pull the weeds away, nothing more I can do there. But what I can do is use my VOICE with my mom and other members of my family and friends and not allow them to spend their thousands of dollars at York Memorial Cemetary.nPerpetual Care is non existence at this Cemetary.

The worst experience I ever hade ,these people are evil ... I went there to do a good thing to purchase a headstone for my mother . And these people rob me for my money .payed them in cash for the down payment ,and they claim they have no receipt or record of this transaction 296.00 the level people will go to . To steal your money ..a bunch of low down dirty dogs .. so please beware of this place pay close attention to your record.. I know you are grieving the lost of your love one .. but these people will use that to get over on
