When it was finally time to replace the carpeting, we chose laminate flooring. Thanks for the help in picking out the perfect color and design. It looks beautiful, and I'm looking forward to the easy cleaning of it. Your service was over the top!

We recently purchased hardwood flooring for our Carolina room and dining room. We got a great price on the flooring but the outlet did not install. We called Flooring Myrtle Beach and the guys came right out and gave us an estimate. A few days later they were back and installed the floors. They took care of moving the furniture and did a great job. Love the new look. Thanks for all your help.

It all started out great... then they really just don't care. I hired flooring connection to install 1400 sqft of oak, which they would sand and varnish in place and refinish a staircase. The install of the wood was fine, but they left behind hairs in the finish. There were also marks on the wood where they set down the stain can (a paint can sized circle on the wood) and dripped stain in a series half dollar sized of drops. On the staircase there are many areas where they did not sand the original stain away, so it is multi colored in places. They also haphazardly filled a gap in the floor between the bannister and the flooring, so there are pencil sized holes in the filler that should be stained and varnished to match. I now have bare filler in cracks on my floor, unsanded portions of floor next to the doorways, a multicolored staircase because their employees were too lazy to sand properly and Flooring Connection apparently believes that all of these quality control issues are the home owner's responsibility. $14k later I still have no solutions from them. They know of the problems, have agreed that they are issues, but have blown me off for the last 2 years when it came to actually correcting it.. go elsewhere.
