I will always shop Lowe's.
I've only been here a handful of times but each time I've been, it's been a great experience. The staff is friendly and seem they actually care to help you. I normally go to Lowes just because of convenience of how close their location is to my house, but if Home Depot wasn't as far I'd go there instead. Highly recommend!
2/27/2021. 3pmnnIn the patio section outside. Only one check out open. Line was almost to interior door. Seemed like each customer had a problem so checkout line grew. Two employees were nearby chatting with each other. Lady behind me in line went over to them to see if another register could be opened. They told her no and walked away. This is sub par. No way to treat customers or the poor cashier
Much better employees than Lowes. They are knowledgeable and show you exactly where something is by going with you. Will definitely be going the extra few miles over shopping with Lowes.
I will admit that I used to love home depot, but this Myrtle beach location is a total cluster. Purchased a saw online, they gave me the wrong model, when I go to return they act as if I stole it and gave me hell returning it without ever havongbopenes the box. I'm very very disappointed. The correct model shows available on the customer service computer, but cant find them in the store. Been here for over an hour now. Picture is of the un-helpful supervisor.
