Fantastic staff. I'm working on redoing and restoring an home that is 80+ years old. China sinks in the baths are from the 1920's they actually were familiar with them and knew exactly where to get the parts to fix the deposits and etc. All their staff is friendly and super helpful.
Came by today to purchase a soaking tub and faucet, no one came to the door after knocking and calling customer service number posted on their door. By appointment only but no one is will even answer the phone. Too bad a competitor is across the street!
Not happy, drove all the way from the other end of the beach to buy fixtures for a reno. The store is closed except for appointments only. They missed out on a nice sale and I wasted my time.
The staff here is knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to assist you in all steps of your project. Also, Ferguson's appliance showroom has a large variety of modern high-end light and bath fixtures, as well as cabinetry and large appliances. This location is a must-see for renovators and new builders alike.
I always get great service from the team at Ferguson. I own a plumbing company and have been using them for 15 years. The team is knowledgeable, polite, and friendly and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
