AWESOME PLACE! We came in before close and Brett are sales guy was great! He didn’t just rush us out because it was late he talked and joked with us and more important knew what they had in stock and details about the items. We came in looking for a TV stand and left buying some very nice outside gliders. We love places that don’t look at customers as just a number. We will be back!
If there was a 0 I would give them that. Sam is so unprofessional. Went in and brought a bedroom set. Went to pick the furniture up, he documented the wrong set so it took forever for his staff to figure it out. Got home and had it put together. Was given the wrong rails. Called and made them aware. Had the right ones picked up and being I work Monday through Friday had no time to really take it down immediately. Had to get the bed taken apart and keep in mind I traveled 32 miles being I heard the company was a reputable company. Their mistake was my inconvenience. They harassed me about the wrong rails and threaten to charge me if I didn’t bring them back on their time. Finally got the bed taken apart and the wrong rails placed back in box and dropped off. Received a phone call weeks later from Sam asking me to drop the rails off. Stated to SAM that they were previously dropped off and proceeded to hang up as he was saying Oh you dropped them off already? So unprofessional and major lack of communication between owner and staff. Will NEVER shop there again. I would rather sleep on an air bed if they were the last on earth. Poor service. If I wasn’t so frustrated and over it I would take everything back and take my business elsewhere. Take this as your warning ⚠ufe0f.
After searching basically every furniture store in the area, we finally decided to check Seaboard and I’m so glad we did! They have a large selection of quality furniture at an affordable price and we were able to get it delivered the same week. Sam was very helpful in the store to help us pick the right living room set for us. Mike and Chris were awesome when it came to the delivery and installation (even going up our 3 flights of stairs with twists and turns!). Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for any sort of living room, dining room, or bedroom furniture!
I am new to the Myrtle Beach area but I KNOW a gem, when I find one! That’s because I appreciate the personalized and attentive service this business gives to each and every person that walks through their doors. Besides the owner Dennis, the sales rep Gen made my furniture shopping experience, exceptional. Gen has truly mastered the art of customer service; how to be totally accommodating without an ounce of sales pressure.nWait, I can’t finish this review without mentioning the incredible variety of furniture they offer and their amazing prices!!!
After a horrendous moving disaster an add for Seaboard popped up on my Facebook. Everything about the move made me skeptical of EVERYONE so I sent my husband over to check it out. When he arrived he was met by Kevin who was laid back, polite and beyond helpful. My husband was impressed by the variety and the team and decided we needed to go back the next day to purchase things we needed. Kevin came in on his day off to assist us. With two kids in tow, we picked out things we needed for our new home. Kevin did not push or pester us he had no sales pitch, but was knowledgeable about all of the products when we had questions. Due to the move we needed things quickly and it was a Sunday. Kevin went above and beyond helping my husband load his truck twice so we could get the items home into our new space. This place was a godsend after an awful experience. My experience in the store that day restored my faith in humanity after a ridiculous moving experience! Thank you Kevin, you're awesome, and our new go to sales guy for home furnishings.
