Got a washer for $300. Told it was in great condition. After a month the agitator went out. Replaced & then another month told the transmission was gone. By that time the 30 day warranty was up. As a single parent, it's not what I needed to hear. Will definitely shop around better next time. The staff who helped were great. Should look better into their products before selling though.

Nice selection. Bought a beautiful Ethan Allen like new sofa table at a good price. Owner Jim was polite, helpful- not pushy- and I will shop there again.

I went in to just look and ended up with a sectional and a queen size mattress and box spring. I have been to many places to buy gently used furniture and walked out because of the smell of the building and the furniture was overpriced. I found this place clean and no odor and the furniture was very responsibly priced and in excellent condition. I won't waste my time going anywhere else anymore.he was even cheaper than the thrift store. Thanks so much, we love it! I always shop by review and this place is pretty accurate.

Diamond Jims Trading went over & beyond to help me find what I needed they were polite and genuine the customer service was amazing! They called me with what they were getting in that I needed and right on time and wow I got it at a great price too. They have all kinds of stuff that’s actually very gently used like they say and it was clean which I’ve had a hard time finding in shops here since we’ve moved I ended up with living room set couch/loveseat /coffee and End tables & kitchen table w 4 chairs and alot of beach decor and pictures and everything looks like new I had my child with me and they even made them happy by talking to them and gave a teddy bear too so as a parent that was amazing because most stores don’t even act like your children are there that made me love the place even more! Diamond Jim Trading is now my to go to shop I went to the 5033 Dick Pond Road location unit G
