The furniture is high quality and the service is excellent. Every time I went back, which was many because I am so indecisive, I was greeted with warmth and patience. I am so happy with my purchase. The store policy allows you 30 days to decide what is right for you. I changed the love seat for a couch with absolutely no problem and very quickly too.

My wife and I were looking for furniture for our outdoor bar and found exactly what we wanted at Palm Casual Furniture's Myrtle Beach store. We had looked at several other stores but none compared to Palm Casual! The showroom had a wonderful variety of all of the products they sell. One thing that helped us was that there was also a large variety of cushions in the Sunbrella fabrics they offer, so it was great to be able to see a finished product. We worked with Andrew Stewart who was very helpful, professional. and patient with us in our selection process. The quality of products and the price was amazing! We would recommend the Myrtle Beach Palm Casual store to everyone!nDavid M.

Outstanding customer service and expertise. I had been in retail for 16 years and I know the value of sales advisors who know their stuff. Ours DID! We ordered an upgraded fabric for our cushions and were told directly that there would be a wait, because the fabric was on backorder. We were ready to wait. Imagine our surprise when days later we were asked about scheduling delivery! The delivery driver was courteous and helpful. We spent a good dollar here but we believe that there is a premium on excellent service, quality product and excellent follow up. We are new to Myrtle Beach and certain to have neighbors by to test drive our new seating and fire table. We will be sure to let them know about our experience and that they could go to Palm Casual as well and expect the same.

Great ,friendly and knowledgeable people. Changed our mind nd on our cushion colors and no problem changing them. They provide great service i.If there is a problem they fix it with no hassel .
