Had the greatest displeasure of being conned at the local Lowe’s store in seaboard streetnWas looking for a dishwasher on a Thursday was going to buy via Amazon guaranteed delivery MondaynWife said let’s check out Lowe’s on seaboard street saw one she liked asked if it was in stock unfortunately no oh that’s a pity we shall get the Amazon one delivered in Monday oh I can do Tuesday said Lowe’s rep oh well that’s just a day later and it’s our local store so we shall just take itnTuesday arrives I take time off work to go collect it and fit it surprise surprise it didn’t arrive needless to say I was fuming went into the store to speak to the rep but he had miraculously disappeared i spoke to another staff member and explained the situation he said the original rep had been mistaken and that the next delivery will be on the Thursday but that the appliance was not guaranteed to be on that delivery shipmentnWhat a joke imagine selling appliances and they can’t tell you a delivery date but instead make up lies to entice you to buy I think that’s against the law but hey I’m no lawyer just a poor guy that’s been conned by the lies produced by the Lowe’s regimenWarning before buying any appliances or in fact anything that is not in stock make sure you have it in writingnA disgusted shopper

After going to both lowe’s stores this one is far better than the other one. Alex and Louis helped us find exactly what we were looking for then made sure it was in stock and set us up for delivery 2 days later. We couldn’t have asked for any better. Then the cashier was so kind and awesome also her name was Kelly. It was quite a difference in drive time but l do it again for this kind of customer service. Thanks to you guys you made a difference. ud83eudd19

I appreciate having Lowes nearby, however the Lowe's of today is just not the same as in days past. Some employees are very helpful, but just as many, if not more are not helpful at all. And this location in particular, it seems like the table saw is never operational, and when you ask for help to get something pulled from up high, no one ever comes to help. I had to order several things through the app just to get someone to go pull them. Otherwise, the bathroom is usually clean and the store is typically well stocked.
