Excellent customer service and the easiest set up ever! This will definitely be my store of choice from now on. Went to another location but after a hour wait still didn't get acknowledge. Came to the mall and decided to give it another try. It was a completely different experience than the previous store. Everyone greets you and actually acknowledge you are waiting. Kay assisted me and knew exactly what she was talking about with the price plans. So happy we gave Kay at the people at TMobile at the mall our business. We'll be back!

Absolutely the BEST customer service...ever! I have been a Sprint customer for over 20 years and 18 months I had the worst experience with them. It was in regards to upgrading 4 phones. Coming in today to T Mobile was wonderful. Every single employee was friendly, courteous and professional. Excellent in showing a team effort. Our Rep. was Lowell and he was perfect! Never had such a good experience! Thank you T Mobile and Lowell!!!

By far one of the easiest visits I ever had in a store! Great customer service and knowledge to say the least. Kay greeted me and walked me through the process of getting signed into my email and a few other apps without blowing me off like the other store. Definitely will be back even if it's just to pay a bill!

Kay was extremely helpful and made sure we totally understood all specials and the best deals we could get. She made the transition from one carrier to TMobile seamless. I would definitely recommend this store and direct them to Kay as she was friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable.

Went in the store unsure about switching phone companies and walked out with service! Great friendly staff and it was a painless process. Kay helped us switch over and did everything for us! She was great! If you're looking for excellent customer service go see her trust me you won't be disappointed! The phone plan & tv package is saving us way more money now since leaving Spectrum. Definitely would recommend again!
