I was so stressed out when I walked in because I was having major tech issues with the att customer service over the phone. So, I just went to the store and Amanda made sure everything got situated so efficiently with great care! I am grateful to have wonderful customer service with Amanda!
Be careful when you get a quote on how much your monthly service is going to be. They can't tell you at the store what your monthly service is going to be. They give you an approx. amount but it is completely wrong. Never explained the $30 device activation fee. Monthly bill was supposed to be around $190 a month got my first bill and it was over $500. Complete mess!! They get a 1 start rating because you have to and the coverage isn't too bad.
I switched from Verizon to ATT, mainly to get the price of service and 5G capability in my area. Verizon is far behind in our area. Amanda the manager went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal possible. And as a veteran I get an extra 25% discount per month. I would highly recommend visiting this store. Went into store at coastal grand mall with broken phone. Amanda took care of me with a new phone. Amanda is a great customer service person and is very helpful with every need that comes up with your visit.nMy trip was excellent today because of Amanda.nAmanda needs a raise!!!
On Monday when AT&T had a national outage I went into the store and Amanda was awesome very calm and very professional very articulate did everything well and beyond and outstanding manager Customer service really deserves a raise thank you Amanda I so appreciate your professionalism
