Steer clear .. costly and non responsive .Sold 1k of equipment to find out after install and of course payment, the equipment is only useable if you pay 60$ a month. That was not what we were told at time of sale. No-one ever answers the phone in billing. Extremely disappointing and misleading .

CPI is by far the least reliable security system I have ever had, and has the absolute worst customer service. Everytime our alarm goes off, we don't even receive a call to make sure everything is ok. Faulty equipment, and the app does not work either. Everytime the technician comes out, they claim everything works properly but it doesn't. I can't access the app to see who is at my doorbell until minutes after the door bell was pushed, door bell doesn't sound 9/10 times, smoke detectors do not function when things have been burned in the kitchen, no calls when alarm is set off...the list goes on and on. Refuses a return of the equipment that does not function properly, CPI Security is nothing but a bunch of scam artists at best. Stay away before they take all of your money, too.

Phil Bruley was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond my expectations. Phil is the type of guy that you could call in the middle of the night if you hear a strange noise and he would speed to your house to investigate the problem. I’m so pleased with my CPI security system. I would recommend Phil and CPI to ANYBODY.
