Literally never even been here, but I’m just laughing at some of the, ahem, more interesting customers these guys have dealt with, based on the “bad reviews” and the amazing way they reply to every bad review, properly explaining the story. Somehow they have remembered each customer and situation down to the fine detail, and it’s thoroughly entertaining, and shows a commitment to their customers. I am a computer science student at HGTC who is graduating this semester, and would not mind working here myself! I've lived and shopped around the country, Kevin is not only a memorable person, this is one of the best valued places I've ever visited as far as computer repair, part shopping, and turn-around time I've ever been. You can't go wrong using these guys... they'll get your computer back to you quickly and you won't forget them. It helps you won't be breaking the bank either!
I had to take a device in to have fixed and when I brought it in they was honest that it was working fine and only need a new cord for a couple dollars! Thankful for an honest company. You can trust these guys to be fair,
These people have done such a great job on our computers, we brought in some that were well... BROKEN! i didn't know what they could do; these towers were from a school, with everything they did to these computers i couldn't thank them enough! they did an awesome job on these machines.they're running great and i will continue to do business with these good people.
