My appointment was made with in 24 hour of our call with Jason showing up at my front door on time. Jason knows their product snd had me changed out in the new 5 G system. He helped me down load the new app and showed me how to work it and understand the new app. He pointed out all the bells and whistle the app has. I’m looking forward to the door lock

I would like to thank the ADS team for the excellent service we received. Jim, our sales consultant was friendly and knowledgeable of our needs. From the time we signed our contract and received our equipment and service was 3 days. Doug and Lloyd, our install technicians were so friendly and efficient at installing and setting up our account. They were very knowledgeable and helpful about the equipment they installed. I would definitely recommend them and their company for security needs. Thank you again!!

We have been customers of theirs for 15 years and just completely upgraded to a surveillance system and other new features.nAfter a very informative and cost competitive proposal was received from Jeff; Lloyd, the installer, arrived on time, was very polite, organized, nice and knowledgeable at the time of the installation.nThanks for a great job!nnWe just had a service call to fix one of our cameras. They fixed the camera and adjusted it quickly. The technician was very helpful. There’s another company that I deal with (not ADS) and I dread calling them when I have a problem....ADS is NOT like that. They made me feel like they appreciate my business and to always call them if I ever have an issue. They go above and beyond even after the sale is complete. Thanks again ADS!
