me and my husband went to purchase a watch for for my mother in law the guy at the counter was very nice the other girl standing around act like that they were at a party they didn't say hey to us welcome to Dillard's nothing it I've never been in a place where people have it welcomed me but I bought one of the Coach watches for my mother in law the guy was very nice about it he even suggested that we have it wrapped upstairs at customer service I will come back to this Dillard's because I like the guy that helped us. I didn't catch his name but he was a very thin white dude he was probably in his early twenties with short hair.

Wow, if you catch a good sale you can really clean up in here. My friend got a 600 MK jacket for 60 bucks. Everything we seemed to look at was on clearance and the sales staff is all too wiling to help you shop and show you the deals. I think they must get commission in this store because the lady was carrying stuff to the counter for us so.wd didn't have to slow down at all. Very nice store, and way better when we hit the good sales

Me and my wife visited the Myrtle Beach SC location today. We were looking for my wife a formal gown for our daughter's wedding. The associate never acknowledged us as she helped another customer which was fine. My wife waited patiently for her for she had questions about a dress and wanted to try it on. After waiting 20 minutes We decided to leave for she was not trying to see if we needed help. As we were leaving her department she greets 2 white women with a Hi ladies what can I help you with today. My wife and I were still in the area of this associate and she still did not say one word to us. Long story short we felt discriminated ..I am a Black man and my wife is white.. it was obvious she had no concern or desire to speak to us. My wife put the dress back and we ordered online at JcPENNY'S. Bad customer service and it felt belittling!
