Very nice and clean department store. They sometimes have great sales. Follow them and you'll get the info. I use Flipp app. I got very good deals at the store in the mall. This store is well managed.
A big belk
Michael a team sales manager at this belk location is a rock star. He went above and beyond for me and was doing the same for other customers while still helping me. If the retail industry had more people like Michael, the shopping world would be a much better place!
Just had to return a deep fryer that I had purchased. I got it home and realized that you couldn't remove the oil pan to wash it. I decided that wouldn't work for me even though I was excited about the size of the unit. Belk was great about the return. They have blue X's on the floor for social distancing while you wait in line for your return.
Excellent prices, welcoming employees, always clean and neat. It's my favorite place to shop on the grand strand!
