Went shopping with my parents and enjoyed the demonstration for the 5 year protection plan. Feeling worry free about products purchased is the way to go. Thank you Anthony and Tammy. My parents are so happy as am I.

Our first day there, Anthony, the manager helped us to find the fridge we wanted. He even went out the way to plug it in for us to make sure it worked correctly. We paid for it and had it delivered the next day. Delivery guys scratched the front of the fridge up (had no scratches on the entire front). We called up and Anthony said we’d get refunded everything, including our delivery charge. When we told the delivery guys we didn’t want the fridge, they made a face and took it with them. Went back today to get our refund and Anthony was gone. This other women, who was EXTREMELY RUDE, gave us a difficult time saying she WILL NOT issue our refund for the delivery. Oh and all the other employees were sitting on their phones not even helping us. GET THIS, we were told that the delivery guys told them that we gave them the “okay” to try and squeeze the fridge through our front door and that’s why it got scratched up. Well, I got the whole thing on video because I’ve heard of horror stories. And that’s why we were told we would not receive the delivery refund. I told her that her delivery guys are saying that to make it look like we are in the wrong. As I tried to explain that, she spoke over me and told me to have a great day - multiple times. We even offered to show them the video and she told us again to have a great day. Talk about customer service. Not happy at all. Only reason why I gave it 2/5 is because Anthony is the only human with any sort of humility in the entire store. I give him alone a 5/5. This woman though, sheesh, how is she still an employee. Not happy.

Recently purchased a bedroom suit from the great folks at American Freight. Awesome service and top notch prices. Better prices than 99% of the furniture stores in the low country.

Tracy is amazing. Our fridge stopped cooling properly about a week before my wife was due to have our first baby. I called, spoke with Tracy, and she was VERY helpful in helping us find a replacement fridge. Even though the parts to fix our fridge were available, because they were on severe back order, Tracy agreed to exchange the fridge for us at no cost as it was still under warranty.nnGreat customer service.
