Great place and great people always helpful when I need a new phone or something is wrong with my phone
Nice women helped me get a phone and plan. Nice conversation while we were setting up my device. Only had pink case available for my phone so I didn't get it. Said they had deliveries every couple weeks. Ended up shattering my screen few hours later. Great customer service though
Get told one thing one day and something totally different another day. No phones to choose unless you by their personal ones. all the display models are broke hanging off. I was really excited for the deal she told me amd was thrown back by how much she actually charged. No thanks have a nice day
The experience was outstanding from start to finish. I had a very enthusiastic greeting as soon as I walked in the door. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The manager was outstanding! by the time I I knew I had made the right decision and everybody should stop by the Metro by T-Mobile on 5900 Rivers Avenue.
