Mr. Eisenhart did an excellent job with my piano. He is a good diagnostician, and takes the time to explain what's going on. I'd recommend him to anyone!

John responded quickly and set up an appointment to promptly work on a piano at my church. Sadly, he did not tune the piano he was paid to and his customer service response fell short of the mark.
